This fantastic 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is just 2 blocks from amazing Wilton Drive where you can enjoy many bars and restaurants. It has a gorgeous, and very private, lush oasis in the back yard with a large heated pool and spa. There's also a large patio with dining and living room furniture. The property is just 8 minutes by car from the beach, Downtown Las Olas, and just 15 mins from the FLL airport.

The Space
Home office space, fully stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds and high thread count linens and duvets for a luxurious sleep experience. You'll love this place!
As you walk into the property you'll be able to see straight into the gorgeous back yard. Two large sofas where you can watch your favorite shows on the 75" SmartTV in the living room. To the left there are two large bedrooms each with King size beds and a desk where you can rest your laptop. To the right is the new master suite with a very large smart TV, and a private bathroom. From the living room you can continue forward to the dining room with access to the large oasis in the back yard.
The property is large but all spaces feel cozy and welcoming. Every window has a room darkening shade.

Getting Around
You may walk to most areas within Wilton Manors, and Wilton Drive, where most of the bars and restaurants are, but you'll definitely want a vehicle to venture out to the beach or downtown Fort Lauderdale. Uber and Lyft are also popular transportation options here.
