HURRICANE IAN UPDATE: Like most of the island, we will spend 2023 recovering. The condo building survived the hurricane without major foundation damage, and our condo was untouched - but being without power for a few weeks meant humidity in all of the shuttered condos created some damage. The building’s ground floor mechanical room was demolished and of course the building was without power through early March. We were on diesel generators running dehumidifiers during that time so that remediation could begin. But we have a very long rebuilding process ahead of us and will be unavailable until… until we aren’t!

The remodeled kitchen is complete with granite countertops, and granite backsplash, new cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms are updated with granite as well. Notice the raised ceiling in the kitchen and the crown molding. This condo needs nothing but you and your swimming suits.We are just steps from the heart of Fort Myers Beach, Times Square (soon to include Magaritaville Resort). An assigned parking spot, heated community pool, tiki huts, outdoor shower, and hot tub will help you make the most of your time here. Includes cable, WiFi, utility room with laundry, ironing board and iron, linens, towels, beach towels. The private balcony/lanai has outdoor dining table, several chairs and a loveseat - plus ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully stocked for everything you need to prepare meals or just enjoy your time with us: Keurig machine, ice maker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, flatware, dishes (indoor and outdoor)... what am I forgetting (ask us and we probably have it), as well as a breakfast bar and stools. Finally, we have a storage closet full of everything you need to enjoy your time on the beach (beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, coolers, games, toys, a tent, etc...).
- The Master Bedroom faces the Gulf and has a sliding glass doors the balcony/lanai, a king size bed, flat screen TV, attached master bathroom, and walk-in closet.
- The second bedroom also has a King size bed, ample closet and drawer space, flat screen TV and semi-attached full bath.
- The third bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen TV, and closet and drawers space.
- Additionally we have a King Koil blowup mattress (with built-in pump for both inflation and deflation in minutes). It’s double height - so it actually IS comfortable all night.
The condo bylaws require a minimum 14 day rental April through December. And 28 day minimum rental January through March.
