An outdoor pool with optional heat and spa invite you to enjoy year round splashes on sunny days. Soothing waterfall enhances the poolside ambiance. Brand new pool decking stays cool to the touch.
The covered patio with cozy seating and dining furniture is a lovely place for relaxing and al fresco dining. Your outdoor chef will appreciate the gas grill; a patio TV allows you to stay current with news and sporting events. Warm up your golf shots on the private putting green. The synthetic grassy areas are perfect for the corn hole game and other outdoor activities.
Spacious and open concept great room features a cathedral ceiling, beautiful tile floors and a cozy sitting area with a charming gas fireplace and large TV. There is also a game table for cards, board games, puzzles and more. Doors at the back of the home offer views of and access to the backyard paradise. Wifi is complimentary. TVs are smart and have dish satellite service.
The completely stocked kitchen includes an island with bar seating and a dining area with table seating. There is a walk-in pantry for your supplies. Both Keurig and drip coffee machines are provided. Highchairs are available to rent.

The pool heating fee is $85.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F.
Spa heating only with no pool heating is $25.00 per day, October through April.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
