Positive: Bed is comfortable. Location is not bad in walking distance to the main square (Tianfu square).

Negative: Staff at the reception did not speak english despite the big Hotel located in Chengdu city. Communication difficult with translate app. Air conditioning very slow to cool down the room.

Summary: Okay but nothing special.
