Located at the tip of the 23 mile long Placencia Peninsula where the Caribbean Sea and Placencia Lagoon meet.
Sunset Pointe is in the village yet totally private.
This condo can be rented as a 1 bedroom 2 bath unit or a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit.
Since we are a small condo community with only 13 units it is a safe and private place for you and your family to relax and enjoy. We have only 3 buildings with 4 units in each building, two upstairs and two downstairs separated by a 15 foot breezeway. We have no common walls. This small complex means that our 2 Caribbean docks, our pool, and our 3 third floor viewing decks will never be crowded.
It is open concept design with each room opening onto a private porch through hand made mahogany French Doors, cool tile floors, air conditioning and seven ceiling fans. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and full size washer and dryer. Decorated in handcrafted Belize bamboo and hardwood furniture plus local art work.
We are a convenient 5 minute walk into the village for great restaurants, beach bars, and shopping. We also provide complimentary bikes and kayaks for our guests to use so no car is needed.
For your enjoyment we provide cable TV, internet, and DVD. Guides will pick our guests up onsite for offshore fishing, diving, or island hoping or for inland adventures to Mayan Ruins, caves, waterfalls, zip lining, hiking the worlds largest Jaguar Preserve, or horse back riding.
There is a third floor Widows Walk were you can enjoy sunrises over the Caribbean Sea, sunsets over Placencia Lagoon and the Mayan Mountains. You can also have a relaxing private massage up there.
The beautifully landscaped grounds were given an award by the World Wildlife Organization for incorporating the tropical mangroves into the lush landscaping.
