Come enjoy the spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea from our 2,800+ sq. ft. penthouse. It is a 2-story condo located on the 3rd and 4th floors with accommodations for up to 8 people. The lower level of the condo has the kitchen, dining and living area along with a large balcony with an amazing view of the Carribbean Sea. There are also 2 bedrooms on this floor, one with a king bed, en-suite bathroom and a private balcony. The other with a queen size bed and a bathroom directly across the hall.
The top floor has a Master suite with a king size mahogany bed with a tv sitting room and balcony. The back upstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds. All bathrooms have large walk-in tile showers and the downstairs en-suite bathroom has a tub which is great for the children.
The kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, with custom mahogany cabinetry. We have supplied the kitchen with everything you need could need. All the bedrooms have their own tv's and a/c in case you need some alone time. The three large verandas with oversized sliding glass doors are a great place to view the Caribbean or the pool below.
There is a 300 ft. pier, that is ideal for relaxing with friends, reading a book, swimming, fishing or snorkeling. All tour companies you use for fishing, scuba diving/snorkeling or mainland tours will pick you up right from our dock. We are located within walking distance to several wonderful restaurants. We are happy to set up any trips, tours, fishing or golf cart rentals. Should you choose not to rent a golf cart Coastal Xpress water taxi will pick you up and drop you off from our dock.
Accessibility to the condo is by taxi, golf cart, bicycle or the scheduled Costal Xpress water taxi. We are happy to book any trips and tours and excursions including scuba/snorkeling and fishing you would like to do. We can also book your golf cart and Tropic Air tickets for your hopper flight to the island from the International Airport.
