Constructed from slump stone and trimmed with raw brick and exposed wood, the textures bring old-world charm to this great home. There is a wonderful outdoor kitchen with a great dining area, and a pool (with spa) that you will never want to leave, the pool even has the perfect tanning deck, a fire feature for evening enjoyment, an outdoor shower, and complete privacy. This house is the reason you come to Palm Springs. Off-street covered parking for 2 vehicles only (No garage parking)

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make an amazing meal. There is WiFi, a smart TV, cable TV, and games for the family. The den has a large SmartTV, fireplace, and a built-in workspace that overlooks the pool and beautiful mountain views. The cozy living room has a gas fireplace, A coffee/cocktail bar, and A very comfy overstuffed chair to cuddle up and read a book, it even has a baby grand piano to enjoy that family sing-along.
