Gorgeous, NON-Smoking, very clean, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with lanai in Venetian Palms Luxury Condominiums. Venetian Palms is well maintained and very quiet community. Centrally located of Hwy 41, close to restaurants and shopping. 9 miles from the airport,8 miles from the beach and 6 miles from downtown Fort Myers. Very close to the Red Sox and the Twins spring training facilities.
The unit was fully remodeled last year. Master bedroom with king size bed(Memory foam mattress) .Guest room with Queen size bed ( pillow top ) Walk-in closets in both bedrooms. Living room with pullout sectional couch that can be used as an additional sleeping space. Fully equipped kitchen. Laundry room inside the unit. Fully furnished screened Lanai to enjoy the outdoor!
