This classic California Style beach home was just renovated from the ground up with nothing spared in design or comfort. Stunning open floor-plan (26x25) with gorgeous original pine heart floors in main living areas, vaulted 12 foot wood beam ceilings, skylights, new Chef's kitchen with granite, stainless appliances, gas stove and extra beverage refrigerator. Walls of glass keep this beauty bright and cheery at any time of the day. Beautifully furnished in a sophisticated coastal cottage-style. This is truly a one of a kind vacation home that leave you with unforgettable family memories!

This home comfortably accommodates a group of seven-eight. There are two bedrooms with 10' ceilings, white washed cottage-style wood floors , large windows and ceiling fans in all rooms. It features a master bedroom with king bed and full bath (tub/shower); second bedroom with king bed and half bath Another full bath just outside door in hallway. A third bedroom has twin bunk beds plus a queen bed. Also, a fourth bedroom with a Queen bed, twin bed and ensuite full bath with shower.

There is a private patio area outside of this master where you can escape to enjoy quite time from the "gang". There is a private hot/cold outdoor shower and hot tub.

The home is nestled on a beautifully landscaped lot with huge 12x26 front deck for enjoying morning coffee or evening BBQ's with the family. The deck has a comfy seating area for 8 as well as a dining area that seats 10 for evening meals al fresco. There is also a small landscaped yard on the west side where you can enjoy the last bit of afternoon sun on the lounge chairs while enjoying the sounds of the water fountain and the tropical infused landscape design with margarita in hand. The outdoor areas are adorn with overhead string lights that provide a special evening glow to complete the ambiance for gatherings with the family.

Amenities include central air, 65 inch TV in great room, chef's kitchen, 50 inch tv in the two masters, wi-fi, washer/dryer, off street parking for 2 cars.

Pet fee--$250/week for one dog; $500/week for two dogs.

Additional cleaning and fee required for longer than 2 week stays.

Rates Oct to April 30 are for up to 7 guests. Each addition guest is $55 per night (except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years).

Summary: We loved everything about this home! So comfortable with everything you could need in a vacation house. The only thing that needs attention is the tree that is growing on the front porch. It dropped a lot of leaves that had sharp points that hurt if you stepped on them.
