Welcome to our recently FULLY REMODELED Home complete with a Jacuzzi, Infrared indoor Sauna, Fire Pit, Wrap Around Deck, 2 Fire Places, Pool Table, Kids Nook and SWEET Nostalgic Game Room! We're located in THE MOST sought-after part of Big Bear, close to the slopes, The Village (restaurants, shopping), trail heads, and the Lake. While remodeling, we preserved the mountain charm while bringing in modern design and comfort. Enjoy the stocked kitchen, open floor plan, views, and awesome amenities!
The space
Perched up above the rest at the end of a quiet culdesac, our spacious and newly and totally remodeled 2,300 square foot House is the perfect weekend and vacation destination for families and groups looking to get together and enjoy the snow, sun or just to make memories together. Not only do we have great amenities, we can accommodate multiple families as there are 3 bedrooms and a double bunk bed room (8 beds plus sofa) and 3 bathrooms. Upstairs is an entertainer's dream with a large deck, pool table, bar area with beverage fridge and 70 inch TV to meet the needs of everyone in the family! Upstairs also has the open floor plan kitchen, guest bathroom, dining areas, and massive living room with beautiful wood burning fireplace. The Upstairs is great for family gatherings and is the perfect place to watch the game. Our 70 inch TV can be seen from the whole room! Downstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms, Laundry room, another guest bathroom, kids nook, and the AWESOME GAME ROOM. We have converted our large garage into a game room complete with Ping Pong, Basketball, Foosball, full stand up Arcade games, Pinball, sit down cocktail table Pac Man, and MUCH more! There is also a kids nook with a TV and Video games set up with pillows blankets and colorful LED lights! Feel free to unleash the kids AND adults (Get ready for the nostalgia!) in here! They will absolutely love it! Leading to the outdoor space is the indoor Infrared Sauna room. Relax and sweat the stress away before you head out to the back of the home to enjoy the Jacuzzi and Fire Pit area in the fully fenced in back yard. Situated on a quiet street at the end of a culdesac (Crater Lake Road). It is 2.4 miles from Big Bear Lake, 1.1 miles from Snow Summit and 2 miles from the Village. It is extremely convenient to restaurants, shops, the airport, main roads, and of course, the slopes! The home is stocked incredibly well; we have a minimum of two bed sets (per bed), numerous bath and beach towels for the jacuzzi, as well as hand and makeup towels. The kitchen is stocked with high quality appliances and everything you’d need to cook a full Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner. We provide soap, conditioner, and body wash in each shower. We don’t want you to have to bring anything but clothes and food, so you can pack minimally and let us handle the rest.

PARKING: We have a concrete driveway that is able to fit up to 3 vehicles. No parking on the streets during snow conditions or the city will ticket you.
