Experience Treasure Island's beauty at this Intracoastal getaway, watching for dolphins from the balcony or from the pool. Throw a rod off the dock, walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes, and visit the local restaurants, bars, and shops! Our family vacation rental has a private balcony with picture perfect views of the Intracoastal. With the opportunity to work from anywhere, we have provided high speed internet and an office desk to accommodate professionals. Stay for a week or a month (same price) and live like a local at our newly renovated condo.

Our personal favorites are Ricky T's (live music and great prime rib for a reasonable price), Middle Grounds (for the slightly fancier nights and Wine Wednesdays), Sloppy Joe's (sunsets on the beach), VIP (amazing margaritas and some of the best Mexican you will have), and Caddie's (a few minute drive, but well worth it, especially if you get a Cabana).

Summary: Pictures on site are accurate. Beach and restaurants are walkable. Nice updated kitchen to cook in. Nice Balcony view. Pool is NOT heated. Condo needs new carpeting and front room furniture needs to be cleaned.
