Positive: From the moment we arrived until the very last minute of our stay, everything was simply exceptional. The property itself is breathtaking. Waking up to such spectacular views felt almost unreal, and every corner of the hotel has been designed with incredible attention to detail. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and offered the perfect balance of luxury and warmth. The dining experience deserves special recognition. Every meal felt like a fine dining experience, with outstanding quality, creativity, and presentation. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, each dish was prepared with care and exceeded our expectations. What truly makes this place special, however, is the people. Every member of the team was genuinely welcoming, attentive, and kind. Their hospitality felt effortless and sincere, making us feel not like guests, but like friends being welcomed into their home. It’s rare to find a hotel that excels in every aspect -location, accommodation, food, service, and atmosphere- but this place manages to do exactly that. The only downside of our stay was having to leave. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable experience. We will be talking about this stay for a long time and sincerely hope to return one day.
