On the ground floor, Hole One is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with two private screened porches and optional access to Lakewood National’s resort-style amenities, including 36-holes of golf, a clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness center, lighted clay tennis courts, beach entry lagoon pool, casual poolside dining, full-service spa, and so much more.
Enter Hole One through its verdant front porch, a perfect place to start your day. Sit in one of the Adirondack chairs and enjoy the fresh potted herbs and plants. Head inside to your private retreat. Step into the spacious, eat-in kitchen, fully stocked with everything you might need for your stay. Thirsty? Help yourself to the Keurig coffee maker or Soda Stream. The kitchen opens into the living and dining area, making entertaining a breeze. Make yourself at home in the spacious living area. A plush sofa is perfect for enjoying the game or your favorite show on the massive flat-screen TV. Sliding doors open onto the picture-perfect screened back porch. The ideal place for a morning cup of coffee or to wind down and watch the sun set over the lush fairway, the back porch promises to be your favorite place.
Back inside, Hole One sleeps up to 6 guests in three bedrooms. The romantic primary bedroom has views of the first hole and features a king-sized bed, two walk-in closets, and a spacious ensuite with a soaker tub. On the opposite end of the living area, you’ll find the remaining two bedrooms. The twin bedroom has two single beds. Double doors allow easy access to this bedroom from the dining area — convenient if you are traveling the little ones. A separate hallway leads to the second bathroom, laundry room, and third bedroom. Tucked away at the end of the hall, the third bedroom is private and welcoming. Your guests will sleep well on the full-size memory foam mattress, and if anyone needs a separate workspace during the stay, they’ll find it here.
