You’d never guess this home, tucked back in the woods, was right off of High Street! Find peace and quiet while being only minutes from the fun of Columbus! Hidden away in the Clintonville neighborhood, it’s just a 10 min drive to Downtown. Guests enjoy private access to the entire first floor of this gorgeous house set back in the woods overlooking Adena Brook ravine. Enjoy a luxury apartment experience while relaxing in the solace of the forest around you.
The space
You'll have private access to the entire first floor, which includes a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The bedroom includes a king bed, fireplace, and blackout curtains with an adjoining bathroom and walk-in closet. The living room shares the same double-sided fireplace and has a 43” TV. The living room sofa pulls out to make a full bed with sheets, pillows, and comforter provided. There is a washer and dryer with detergent in the closet for guest use.
Guests will have a private entrance and access to a large patio with a firepit. To access the entrance of the home, you must walk down a set of wooden stairs to the patio. Coffee, tea, hot cocoa, popcorn and bottled water are provided, along with high speed wifi and a TV with Netflix included!
** Please note – the second floor is the owner’s studio. While the owner has access to the upstairs, no one will enter the upstairs space while guests are staying. **
Guest access
You will receive instructions 24 hours prior to access. If you do not receive instructions, message your Host! The property is gated. Guests will retrieve house keys and a gate opener button from the lockbox outside the gate. Guests will have free parking in the driveway inside the gate and exclusive use of the back entrance and the entire first floor.
** Please note – there is only one set of keys provided with this reservation. If multiple people are staying in the suite, you will have to plan accordingly. We are unable to provide additional keys. If keys are lost or not returned at the end of a stay, you will be fined $100. **

Any damages beyond regular wear and tear will incur a charge at the end of the stay.
