Peaceful, warm and open home in wonderful location. Custom mountain finishes include cathedral pine ceilings, pine trim throughout, gas fireplace surrounded by river rocks, granite counter tops in kitchen with island and separate counter for eating, natural autumn-color slate tile in bathrooms and many more lovely touches. Light pours in to this home from the front and the back both full of huge windows!
Fantastic open floor plan/cathedral great room which includes beautiful, well-equipped kitchen, spacious living area and formal dining area. Separate large family room downstairs with a beautiful upright piano.
Master bedroom off great room with King bed and TV, walk-in closet, huge armoire, private bath featuring jetted tub and separate shower. Powder room (1/2 bathroom) on same level for convenience as well.
Second story decks off the front and back of house including a propane grill on the deck off of the kitchen available during summer months. Overlooking picturesque Tahoe National Forest in the back of the home.
Downstairs, family room with table space for games or office, sofa-bed (Queen), TV, and sliding glass door to the forest. Two bedrooms each with Queen beds and large closet. Shared two-sink full bath. 2 car-garage and entrance directly into the house.
