The space
The Wylerhorn is a freshly renovated 2 bedroom two bath home 3 minutes from Lake Gregory CA.
On the street level, you will find an ample and convenient carport equipped with a Tesla level 2 charger to keep your Tesla charger up and ready to go.
A few steps down the stairs on the side of the carport you will find the main entrance. On the main floor, you’ll have the compact yet functional kitchen, the dining counter, living room, a full bathroom, washer, and dryer as well as the 2nd bedroom.
Through the sliding glass door, you’ll have access to the wraparound patio where you can enjoy peaceful sunsets or grill a beautiful meal with the gas grill.
The stairs will take you down to the master bedroom along with its own full bathroom. Right outside the Master bedroom, you will find an ample outdoor living space complete with a 4-person hot tub.
