Positive: Inside pool and sauna were ok. Free parking. Polite girls at the reception. Room was big.

Negative: The guy from the spa was not acting professional. One thing is that he didn't speak English and he was explaining things in Bulgarian that we didn't understand, but the worst thing is that at some point he was not wearing his shirt while walking around the spa facilities. We found hair in the shower and spiders above the bed. The hotel is far from the center and we had to walk about 7 minutes on a road that was not feeling safe. In general the city had nothing to offer. I wouldn't recommend it.
