Positive: Beautiful hotel.. thoughtfully designed rooms and amenities. Great location for first time visitors - easier to explore Lijiang and nearby ancient towns. Service is good, staff are friendly - especially Patrick who was very hospitable and helpful. Being next to Intercontinental is great as we could access the gym and pool.

Negative: WiFi, to be expected was patchy and can be improved (use own data and VPN is best)

Summary: Great stay overall will rebook here in the future.
