The private plot of 1000 m2 is completely fenced, therefore, suitable for children safe play. Swimming pool area is equipped with garden furniture, ten loungers, five sunshades, an outdoor grill and a swing. There are four parking spots on site and four more in front of the house.
This house is designed for larger groups or families that wish to spend a relaxing holiday. It stretches over three floors and all have a sea view. It consists of thirteen bedrooms, seven bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and five living rooms. The most famous is the ancient Pula which offers many attractions, cultural and entertainment during the summer.
