Positive: The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure every request was handled professionally. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel—everything was spotless and well-maintained.

Negative: Unfortunately, my sleep was disrupted by the lighting in the room. Despite the blackout curtains, there are two bright green lights that illuminate the entire space, and a poorly designed motion-sensor light under the mirror that triggers unnecessarily and stays on. The dining experience was also a major letdown. The beef and pork at dinner were so poorly prepared that it felt like a total waste of food, and breakfast was nothing special. Furthermore, the temperature in the pool area was completely inadequate. It is unacceptable for the air temperature to be lower than the water temperature; the lifeguard was literally wearing a jacket while guests are expected to be in swimwear. Considering all these negatives, the price-to-quality ratio is far below the standards expected from the Hyatt chain. It’s definitely not what it used to be.
