As you step inside your rental condo, the feeling of peace welcomes your arrival as the balcony beckons you to take in the breathtaking ocean view. Welcome to "Just Beachy"!
Just a little about your condo rental. This condo is located in an elevator building just steps from the boardwalk. The condo is approximately 950 square feet and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area includes a sofa, two reclining chairs, and a wall mounted large-screen TV. The living area is shared with a dining room and comfortably seats four individuals, and the fully stocked kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliances making this your home away from home. The king master bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom is equipped with a double and a twin bed to accommodate your needs. The second bathroom (guest bathroom) is conveniently located just outside the guest bedroom and contains a tub and shower. The rental will include towels & linens and a start-up set for each bathroom, kitchen, and laundry, as well as beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels for your use.
With a maximum occupancy of 6 guests, this retreat ensures an intimate and comfortable experience. Please note that no pets are allowed, and reservations are restricted to individuals aged 25 or older, contributing to the serene atmosphere of the condominium.
