POINT B EXCLUSIVE - This recently built Modern Farmhouse with pool and hot tub sits in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Katama.
The open first floor features a Great Room with Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas. The Living Area anchors one end of the room, with fireplace, large screen TV, seating, and a wall of glass sliding doors that open out to the back portico and pool area. The other end of the Great Room is anchored by a fully-equipped Chef Kitchen and the Dining Area.
The Gourmet Kitchen has large center prep island/breakfast bar, commercial stainless appliances, including a wine refrigerator, plus quartz counters. It opens to Dining Area for easy vacation entertaining.
There is also a first-floor Primary Bedroom with walk-in closet, and deluxe en suite bath with soaking tub and glass walk-in shower. The second Primary Bedroom with private en suite Bath, plus the other three Bedrooms are all upstairs.
Outdoor living centers around the heated 18 by 36-feet saltwater pool with hot tub. It is surrounded by a bluestone sunning patio with loungers and umbrellas. For shadier entertaining, there is a covered Portico that opens out from the Living Room. It has both Outdoor Dining and Living Areas. There is a seating area with propane fire table, plus a Grilling Area and outdoor shower.
The Farmhouse is about midway between South Beach and downtown Edgartown. The bike path is at the end of the road. The Katama General Store and Katama Kitchen are nearby.
NOTE: Pool is heated to 81 degrees and included in the rent, from the last week of June thru the end of August. Heat in June and September is an additional $250/week, and $350/week in May and October (if available).
