+ Three bedrooms: 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed, 2 full-size beds, 1 futon, and 1 extra full blow-up mattress with many extra pillows and blankets.
+ The home's bathroom features a spacious beautiful shower with many amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, blow dryers, and curl iron.
KITCHEN & DINING
+ Full kitchen, which has everything you need to whip up something delicious or a special meals for your family vacation.
+ Enjoy a dinner in style at the dining table which has space for 6 people with an additional space to sit at the sofa, and two accent chairs.
+ Appliances include a full-size fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, crockpot, toaster, blender, rice cooker, and hot kettle. You'll find dishes, cookware, baking sheets, wine glasses and silverware fully stocked in the cabinets.
LIVING SPACE
+The home has two separate living spaces. One of the living rooms has an open concept where you enjoy family time while having a special meal together and foosball table to play. The drawer inside the TV stand has many board games and children's books that you will never get bored being in the house.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
Late departure is available up to 4hr per request, however you must notify the host 24hr ahead of time prior to check out. $50 is charged for every 30 min after check out time if the guest didn’t notify the host ahead of time. If you would like to have a late departure, then $20/hour for up to 4 hours. A 50 % charge of the night’s rate if after that.
PARKING:
Free parking space for up to 4 cars are allowed per reservation. Please do not block the sidewalk and no parking off the street is allowed. The parking plan inside the guidebook will show you the designated area for parking including the garage and driveway.
