Less than 5 minutes from the house, you can be at one of the most famous beaches in Southern California!
The house is everything you dream of for a beach vacation! A sprawling 2370 square feet, not your usual tiny beach rental. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out (formal living / game room), dining room, family room with huge TV and adjoining kitchen with everything you need to cook big meals after a fun day at the beach. Double washers/dryers in the house, arcade game for the kids and more. This house has the best air conditioning! Almost every room has ceiling fans and black out shades on the bedroom windows. There are multiple fireplaces, the list goes on and on!
The big back patio has a grill and large dining table. There is an outdoor shower. In addition there is a patio at the front of the house with table and chairs. Someplace for everyone!
Parking for up to 3 cars! There is a 2 car garage with room to park behind for your bigger car.
There are so many amenities provided with this house! Don't bother dragging all of your beach gear. We want to make it easy for you, we provide just about everything you need! Beach cruisers, beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, cooler, wagon, foam surf boards, boogie boards and more. Filtered watered in the refrigerator and at the kitchen sink is so convenient.
The master bedroom feels like a spa retreat with separate tub and shower, closed in water closet, his and her sinks, fireplace, huge walk in closet and beautiful balcony! There is plenty of space in this room to put a pack n play or if one of your kids decides to join you for the night.
The upstairs 4th bedroom is so light and bright and airy and is so private being on the top floor. The best part is the attached sun deck! Feel the ocean breeze from your private oasis!
Huntington Beach has so much to offer, take the bikes to the beach and ride the bike path to lunch, spend the day surfing and catching some rays, head to one of the world class local hotels for a massage and pool day or spend the day in downtown Huntington shopping and eating at some of our amazing restaurants. Disneyland is only a 25 minute drive or head to Irvine for a day at the Wild Rivers water park. Laguna Beach is only a short drive and has some amazing shopping and restaurants and beautiful beaches. Legoland in San Diego is a little over an hour drive but worth it if you have littles. The options are endless!
