Please note that the güstrower inselseefest (with carousels and live music) takes place directly at the hotel from august 2nd to 4th, 2024. there will be significant disturbances to the peace until 2:00 a.m. on friday and saturday, our swimming pool is currently closed for maintenance work until november 30, 2025.

Positive: The breakfast was great. We always had a clean table and fresh pot of coffee ready. Every morning we were offered omelet or eggs (sunny side up). Of course that is on top of the already rich breakfast options with fresh fruits and plenty to choose from. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had 2 rooms, one for us and one for the kids. However, the clean lady could have been a bit more careful. We found a cleaning rug one of the day, we were missing a hand towel the last day, and they forget to refill the coffee capsules every day, but that is really minor things. The bathroom was big and very clean. We had a room with bathtub and shower cabin. The water presure was really good and there was room for all our toiletries. The location of the hotel was amazing. The lake is just a stone throw away and there is an amazing play ground, boat rent place, or long bike paths trough the forest for long walks.

Negative: All though there were more good things to say about the restaurant than bad, I should mention it as something that might get better. The service is exceptional. The staff earned their tip :) I can not recommend enough the venison burger - just amazing! However, the food is a bit boaring after 2 nights. You can start to see the same decoration on all meals. Same fruits on all meals and same blend. Sometimes there was greens in the plate I am not sure they were eatable. Also the risotto with asparagus and scallops - perfectly cooked scallops by the way - but so much asparagus that there was barely rice in my plate :(
