This Okanagan Lakefront home in Kelowna is a rare find. Featuring 3 spacious bedrooms, a family room, living room and den, the home offers tons of indoor and outdoor space for your family to spread out. The sandy beach features a private dock with boat lift and a buoy. Just a short walk to downtown, and one block from the city's main biking/walking path, your family will create lasting memories at this rare gem. Unfortunately, we can only host family groups and not singles/couples.
Welcome to the White House! Proudly marketed by Okanagan Vacation Properties, this home away from home offers the perfect family setting inside and out. The main floor features an updated kitchen with stainless appliances, a breakfast nook and a coffee bar featuring a Nespresso coffee maker. The open living and dining room offers seating for up to 10 people and opens up to a large den with a sleeper sofa and Queen bed. The family room across the hall features a sectional sleeper sofa and large flatscreen TV. There is also a full bath on the main floor with a walk-in marble shower.
Upstairs you will find 3 large bedrooms. The master features a panoramic lake view, a soaker tub in the room, and ensuite bath. The second bedroom features 2 queen beds and the 3rd bedroom offers another queen bed.
Step outside to the large patio with an outdoor dining table and BBQ. The large lawn leading to the beach offers a spectacular space for children to run around and play lawn games. The sandy beach and private dock are the jewels of the property for those with or without a boat.
In the front of the home, the garage is not available but there is plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles. The coach house is available to rent in addition to the property for an additional fee. At the end of the street is a walking path leading to Kelowna's City Park and all the amenities of Downtown Kelowna. The gate to this bridge does lock after 10pm.
