It has a large natural surface trail system for mountain bikers, hikers, and trail runners. "Back 40" bike trail is nearby. Seven lakes allow for fishing, boating, skiing, kayaking, and swimming opportunities. Bella Vista is also a golfer's haven with multiple courses - this retreat just happens to overlook Dogwood Golf Course!
This home away from home also enjoys a prime location steps away from the shores of Lake Brittany - you can enjoy access to a private dock with breathtaking lake views and easy water access. There are two kayaks available for you, so don't hesitate and launch them! There are multiple areas around the dock for seating, including a firepit area and bench seating.
Upon entering, you will discover a beautifully designed living area with plenty of seating, a wood-burning fireplace, a smart TV with streaming services, and direct access to the water-view deck with seating - this is a fantastic spot for family gatherings! The spacious and open dine-in kitchen is a chef's playground with all stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, an island with seating, and a beautiful dining table right next to the second wood-burning fireplace. Host formal meals, delicious feasts, and so much more while streaming fun shows on the smart TV.
Sleeping arrangements include a wonderful and private main bedroom with deck access, a smart TV, two seating areas with two smart TVs, two closets (one of them a walk-in closet), and an exquisite en suite bath with double vanity and a separate jetted tub. Additional perks include TVs in every bedroom.
Please be aware that there is a basement level bathroom located in the bonus room area with twin beds, which necessitates separate entry from the main house.
