Enjoy hardwood floors throughout, open living area with great natural light & gas fireplace, desk for remote work, one-car garage, and a partially covered deck with a stunning view. Ideal for longterm stays!
The space
Upon arrival, you'll pull down the driveway and can park there or in the garage. The property boasts several mature trees that provide great shade during the spring and summer and beautiful foliage in the fall. Upon entering the front door, there is a coat closet immediately on the left. Around the corner to the left, you'll find a small corridor with folding doors on the left, which open to the laundry area, which includes household storage/essentials (light bulbs, ironing board, iron, etc), as well as the breaker box. Straight ahead is the door to the garage. To the right, you'll see the fully-equipped kitchen, with small window above the sink looking out onto the deck and beyond that, the view of the valley. There is ample countertop space, as well as bar stools and a countertop. Turning right from the front door takes you to the dining area and living area (open floor plan), which includes an overstuff recliner and sofa, stone fireplace (non-operable), coffee table and flat screen TV. Just past the dining table are sliding glass doors which open to the deck, which includes both a covered and uncovered section. From the living air, you'll see a hallway that leads to the rest of the house. On wall on the right is the thermostat and just past that on the left you'll find a full-bath. Next is a linen closet on the left, followed by the second bedroom on the right. The second bedroom includes a queen sized bed and check-of drawers, ceiling fan, and closet, with a window that looks out towards the front door and driveway. At the end of the hall is the third bedroom, which includes 2 day beds, check of drawers, ceiling fan, and closet. Finally, at the end of the hall on the left is the master bedroom with king sized bed, check of drawers, closet, ceiling fan, and attached full bath. Both the third and master bedrooms have windows that face the front door. There is a large backyard (no fence) which includes a view of the valley.
Guest access
The front door has an August Smart Lock which can be opened via smartphone app or keypad. Guests will also be provided keys and a garage door opener.
