This home, PGA Clubhouse, is owned and managed by Super Luxury Home Rentals and completed construction in March 2024. It is finished with high end furnishing from Restoration Hardware, Thuma, Samsung, and more. It is fully stocked and equipped to feed, entertain, and comfortably accommodate 23 people. This lakefront home has a golf simulator, private outdoor sauna & private hot tub. All 8 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, blackout shades, and ceiling fans which means you can make the most of the vacation and sleep in as late as you want! Take one step up off parking right in front of the house into the main lighted entrance and look through the home to take in the terrific lake views. Into the home the foyer has two bedrooms, the first is a primary bedroom Thuma king size bed, memory foam mattress, desk with private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has another Thuma king size bed, memory foam mattress, and en-suite bathroom that is accessible from both the bedroom and the hall. Down the hall to the back of the house is a laundry closet with the first washer & dryer, then on to the fully stocked kitchen for 23 with quartz countertops, a 6' Restoration Hardware dining table seating 10, and countertop seating for 9 more. The living room is right off the dining area and has a large sectional couch that takes in the lake views, enjoys the fireplace, and be entertained on the 85" TV. Out the sliding glass door to the lighted patio there is a private outdoor sauna with spectacular lake views accommodating 6, a Weber grill, 14' of outdoor dining tables and chairs to accommodate 16 people. The LED patio lights provide the perfect atmosphere for relaxing on the sofa or having dinner with a view. Down in the basement is a family and game room there is a golf simulator, putting green, and another 85" TV. Down the hall there is full bathroom with shower, a laundry room with a set of Samsung washer & dryers, and 2 more bedrooms. The third bedroom has a Thuma king size bed with memory foam mattress and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom has another Thuma king size bed with memory foam mattress and en-suite bathroom with a tub & shower. Out the sliding door from the family room there is a second lighted patio with an Aquaterra Hot Tub for 6 people. Then down the stairs to the yard with our Adirondack chairs surrounding a Solo Stove fire pit and our private playground. Heading up to the loft level there are four more bedrooms; the fifth is a primary bedroom with another Thuma king size bed, desk and chair, and a private en-suite bathroom with tub & shower. The sixth bedroom has a Thuma king size bed with a memory foam mattress, twin race car bed sleeping 1, and a private en-suite bathroom with tub & shower. The seventh bedroom has excellent lake views with a Thuma king size bed with a memory foam mattress, a day bed and trundle sleeping 2, and a private en-suite bathroom with tub & shower. The eight bedroom also has excellent lake views with a Thuma king size bed with a memory foam mattress, two bunk beds sleeping 4, and a private en-suite bathroom with tub & shower. This home is located in the Rocky Shore Association which has communal indoor pool and outdoor pool for our guests use.
