Summary: ceiling falling apart and covered in water stains, bedsheets had mysterious splatter spots (think, projectile sneeze while eating gravy), no internet/wifi despite stating there was, office offered no help and was quite rude throughout the entire experience. TV had very few available channels, wood paneling behind bed was coming apart and had gaps, no staff on site.
