Community pool, jacuzzi and tennis court. A 3 minute car ride to either Del Mar and San Clemente Pier and Outlets, or Dana Point Harbor. Safe neighborhood. Attached garage for 1 vehicle. We have 1 sedan car in the garage but plenty of room in the garage for you to park and there is guest day parking throughout the association and public parking just outside the gate for additional vehicles. We have beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels for your use. Summer concerts at the local beaches abound and San Clemente has one of the nicest long white sandy beaches you will find. Just a 17 minute drive up the Pacific Coast Highway to Laguna Beach or south to Oceanside / Carlsbad for more beaches.
