PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:
1. Read all of the listing information on the home before you book it.
2. Although we have an elevator and maintain it very well it is not a guaranteed amenity. This is a large home with multiple floors designed to create that sense of privacy for families who vacation together. All bedrooms are located on the 3rd and 4th floors.
3. We are on the main strip which for most is the perfect location because you are in the middle of all the excitement and it's super convenient! Walking to unlimited entertainment is a breeze. Noise levels tend to be a bit higher due to the location. For light sleepers, we offer tower and small turbo fans in each room in addition to a white noise machine in the master bedroom.
4. A contract will be emailed to you following booking. Contract must be signed and returned to Owner. Contract consists of: check-in, check-out, security info, fees, cancelation policy, occupancy info, rules (both House and Association, etc.). A Pre-Check In welcome email with important details you will need is provided approximately 1 week before your arrival. On the day of your arrival we email you check-in instructions.
5. This is not a single family home. The units are situated like townhomes. Please refer to photos for layout.
6. This home does have a ring doorbell and a floodlight camera for security purposes on the exterior of the building.
