If you’re up early, you will enjoy memorable sunrises right from your beach house. Each level has 2 bedrooms plus sleeper sofas, making this a comfortable retreat for 12 guests. The lower level home also accommodates 6 with a spacious master bedroom and lovely queen brass bed, second bedroom with comfortable bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with 45” TV, DVD player (with DVD selection) and Echo dot/Alexa also with streaming Amazon Music unlimited. The main living area has an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen with icemaker, dining area with seating for six plus seating for three at the movable kitchen island. There is one full bath with tub & shower and one half bath with a full size washer and dryer on this level.
There is also an outdoor hot/cold shower and Weber BBQ grill, which serve the whole property.
During summer 2024 you can walk along the boardwalk to the shops, games, and treats like ice cream, water ice, pizza, sausage sandwiches, cheese steaks, salt water taffy, candy apples and more. The attractions of Casino Pier, Breakwater Beach Waterpark, and mini golf are a short walk away or jump on the Sky Ride and glide along the air to the center of everything (when available). The Barnegat Bay is just a few blocks away, where you will find fishing, crabbing, boat and jet ski rentals and beautiful sunsets. Island Beach State Park is just a few miles away with miles of natural island beaches. There are great restaurants and nightlife nearby.
