Fully appointed kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows and bed coverings. Master bedroom features walk-in closet and private en suite bathroom.
Spacious living room & family room include comfy sofas, Smart HDTVs, laundry area, gaming area, private backyard with patio, BBQ, two private floor balconies, private pool & hot tub, boat access, free high-speed Wi-Fi, onsite parking and key-less access.
Guest access
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.
Other things to note
Pool Heat: Please be sure to let us know at least 24 hours prior to check-in if you would like the pool heated during your stay. If so, we will send you a payment request for pool heating which cost ($25/day). The pool heater will actively run 8am-6pm. After that, the water will maintain its current temperature for a while, then start to reheat again 8am-6pm.
