Embrace Florida's natural sunlight with 179 feet of waterfront views including the Gulf of Mexico and Intercoastal Waterway. This custom home was tastefully designed with an open-concept floor plan allowing a comfortable flow for entertainment and everyday living. The sizable kitchen will excite your chef as they prepare meals at the oversized quartz island, with high-end millwork finishes and smart technology. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining area with walls of windows allowing spectacular seaside views and the living room with a new 80" flat screen smart TV.
Both connect to an open balcony with ample outdoor seating so you can extend your entertainment to watch the ever-changing sunrises or sunsets. The master en-suite, located upstairs, is designed with a cozy space to enjoy a good book or watch TV. Other bonus features are the substantial walk-in closet, full-size jacuzzi, steam shower, and modern vanity.
The breathtaking foyer will captivate you with what is to come. The lower level of the home continues with the open-concept floor plan complete with a family room with sectional leather sofas and a 65" flat screen smart TV, a mini kitchen, a ping pong table, a weightlifting area, and a dry heat sauna room. Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Private boat docking, 25 feet max, and 1 kayak are available for guest use.

Parties and other large gatherings are not permitted. Those who break this rule risk forfeiture of their security deposit, rental fees, and eviction. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions OR Rental Agreement (if VRBO) at the time you make your reservation.
After booking, Manasota Key Realty - Conch Out Vacations will be calling regarding all payments. Please note that payments on VRBO do NOT match ours. Each of our properties has a Security Deposit NOT shown on VRBO. Initial payments include the property's refundable Security (Damage) Deposit, 25% of the total rental fee, and the booking fee. Damage Deposit refund will be processed within 30 days of departure. Final payments are due 60 days from arrival. Please note the VRBO service fee is collected separately and is out of our control.
