Our main living area is an open concept room with a wood burning fireplace that perfectly defines the room. We believe the moment you walk through the door you'll immediately feel at home while the hustle and bustle of daily life fades away. The sense of relaxation only increases when you finally look into the backyard. Most people say they feel like they arrived at a resort when first seeing our waterfront area. Our pool and spa, along with dual seating areas, make this the ultimate setting for great conversations with family and friends. An outdoor stone fireplace compliments the raised paver patio.
The Primary Suite is furnished with an exceptionally comfortable King mattress, wall mounted TV, electric fireplace, large private bathroom with tiled shower, walk-in closet, and make-up desk with lighted mirror. You’ll also enjoy dedicated entry to the poolside lanai as well as the pool/spa/waterfront from sliding glass doors directly into the Primary Suite.
The second bedroom contains a queen mattress and is steps away from the homes second full bathroom with tub.
The third bedroom has a captivating view of the pool/spa and Lemon Bay. Like the Primary Suite, the poolside bedroom also has direct access to the poolside lanai. This bedroom is also steps away from our homes 3rd full bathroom with shower.
Our kitchen has an open and airy feel and is stock extremely well. We believe you’ll appreciate the stainless-steel appliances, quartz counter tops, and peninsula seating for 4. Our dining table has seating for 6 with unobstructed views of the lanai, pool/spa, and Lemon Bay.
The lanai offers even more seating options and is your gateway to our backyard paradise.

We believe our home offers all 4 things most families are searching for: 1) We have a fantastic waterfront home in a very quiet area. 2) We have a large waterfront pool/spa for relaxation and enjoyment. 3) We provide boat dockage in the heart of some of Florida’s most sought-after fishing grounds with no bridges between our home and the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico. And 4) Our home is a very short walk to the beach (we even provide beach chairs, toys, an umbrella, and cart).
We're convinced there isn't a better place for you and your family to visit when you consider the quality of our home, the elegance of our waterfront, and fact that your boat will be secure in our wave-free canal.

Finally, we want to take a moment to summarize our rules so this is a fantastic experience for everyone: No Pets, No Smoking, and No Parties/Conduct that may be deemed offensive. We also require the primary renter to be over the age of 35. Additionally, our garage, the second level of our home, an auxiliary refrigerator, and a few closets/cabinets will be locked as they contain our personal items.
