The living room, kitchen & dining room have track lighting. Both bedrooms and the living room have TVs and free Wi-Fi. There are approximately 12 steps into the unit and two assigned parking spots. Enjoy drinks on the large, covered balcony while you grill dinner. The complex has a private beach to enjoy the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful sunsets. Live entertainment and restaurants are just a short walk away.
The famous Stump Pass, the Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve, the backwaters of the Beach State Park, and the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico, are all well-known for their excellent fisheries (among the very best in the nation). Damage Deposit refund will be processed within 30 days of departure. Final payments are due 60 days from arrival. Please note the VRBO service fee is collected separately and is out of our control.
