Misc Notes
- Pets are allowed upon approval. We allow pets less than 20 lbs. An additional $100 fee per pet, per stay, will be required to help cover additional cleaning costs.
- Pool heating must be paid for 3 days in advance of stay, if requested.
- For pool heating, it is $200 for the first day, and then $100 for each additional day you would like it heated.
- There is no charge for heating the jacuzzi
- The outdoor firepit is wood burning. Please provide your own logs.
- All TV's connect to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, Roku, and more! Pay-Per-View is also available, however you will be charged for whatever you purchase
- Service people are permitted to access the outdoor areas to in order to tend to the landscaping and the pool.
- Please no parties. We live in a quite, family friendly neighborhood and parties are disruptive to our neighbors.
- Parking is limited to the garage and driveway.
- All fireplaces inside the home have been disabled for safety.
