Prepare for the ultimate family vacation in this custom built 3 story Luxury home. This home will sleep 10 guests comfortably and has one of the BEST VIEWS and unbelievable sunsets on the island. The home is equipped with a full kitchen, Movie theater style seating and an Air Hockey table. It also boasts a king size bed as well as an indoor jacuzzi in the master suite.
This is a 5 bedroom home with a full kitchen and an unbelievable backyard and heated pool. There is plenty of outdoor seating as well as a grill for outdoor cooking. You are also Walking Distance to the beach ( about 4 blocks) and centrally located on the island so about equal distance to the north and south end.
There is free parking on the premises and enough space to fit 4 cars. Guests will enter up the stairs through the front door with an electronic key code for easy access to the property .
Please note** Parking on the island is metered to the city, and is strictly enforced.
This property is conveniently located walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops so there is an option to rent a golf cart or bikes to get to your destinations with free easy parking.

Free parking is available at the property. Once you are settled, there are options to rent golf carts and bikes for the duration of your stay on the island.
