We love this one! The perfect old Tybee Beach House with just about every amenity you could want! All ground level. No steps to climb.
*Easy walk (1 block) to beach with/Roleez cart/chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, beach balls and even more beach gear.
*EV CARCHARGER for your electric vehicle at your house.
*HEATED POOL (if temperature allows /air above 45 degrees). Your pool is serviced , treated and cleaned every Friday. If you would like an extra clean during your stay just let me know. There would be an extra charge though. Charged through VRBO of course.
*HOTTUB
*Screened lounging porch with a swing/sofa/chairs
*Large SQUARE TUB&SHOWER W/STEP IN /AMAZING SPA water panel

*Pets welcome. $160 for one pet per stay. Ask if more than one pet.
Please, no pets allowed in the pool area. Dog hair and pools don’t mix.
Pets must be crated if left alone.
*My Beach House sits underneath an enormous old Tybee Live Oak tree.
*Palm trees surround you. You will truly experience old Tybee by staying in My Beach House
' Many items and furniture are original to the house or acquired from Old Tybee Beach Houses before their demise. Enjoy!

You will have complete access to all of the ground level areas. Just FYI, there is an upstairs which you don't need so it is not accessible but it will never be occupied when any guests (you) are occupying the downstairs.
Upstairs is just for family and they are not allowed to visit if I have vacation rental guests.
If you like vintage you will love My Beach House. But it also has so many modern amenities,
FULLY equipped kitchen, SMEG refrigerator and separate ice maker and Margaritaville cocktail mixer.
You are just a short walk, one block, with a straight shot to the beach board walk to the Atlantic ocean beach.
Your ROLEEZ CART is easy to pull and it will carry everything you need for the perfect day at the beach.The Roleez pneumatic tires roll over Tybee sand like ice cream. Lots of beach chairs and boogie boards, too.
