Our luxurious condo features 3 full bedrooms & 2 full baths PLUS a sofa sleeper & sectional in the living room AND a free rollaway if needed. Condo resort building is located directly on the sandy white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Perfect for families with kids or just adult couples wanting to get away. Unit has FREE PARKING & a large enclosed south facing balcony with a side view of the Gulf of Mexico for amazing sunsets. The layout has a split bedroom configuration for privacy of the master bedroom suite and this unit offers a very spacious, nearly1700 sq feet, of living space. Each bedroom has its own TV, sitting area and private glass door leading to the large screened enclosed balcony lanai for enjoying the outdoors.
The Gullwing is considered one of the most luxurious condo choices for vacationing on Ft. Myers Beach. Our development is situated DIRECTLY on the Gulf of Mexico with seven miles of sugar white sand. We have dolphins that play in the area, breath taking sunsets and loads of restaurants, bars & shopping on the island. The Gullwing Beach Resort has great amenities: such as a resort sized pool, jacuzzi spa, private parking, an elevated tennis court, covered picnic / grilling area, and a boardwalk leading straight out to the beautiful beach. Our large, screened balcony faces south toward the island with side balcony views of the Gulf. The sunsets are lovely!
Make this your home away from home! No use taking up luggage space with beach gear as we provide coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, boogie boards, 2 sets of snorkeling gear, floats, beach towels, bat/whiffle balls, nerf football and even a real football to throw around on the beach. We have also provided two tennis rackets and balls for those who wish to use the Gullwing tennis court amenities. We also have a full size washer & dryer in the unit for you to use and provide all the starter shampoo/conditioner/body gel/dish washing liquid, laundry detergent, toilet paper & paper towels to get you started. Most guests find these items plentiful for their stay, but if not, cvs is adjacent across the street from the condo to stock up on for your stay.
We have Direct TV in the condo for unlimited premium movie watching with hundreds of TV channels, Movie channels/HBO and even a DVD player for your own personal movies. There is a wet bar area in the living room for cocktails where you can enjoy hours of endless fun playing games as we provide, chess, decks of cards, poker chips, board games and box games to create fun memories together. After all, relaxing and family time is what vacationing is all about!
Our condo has expansive wall-to-wall sliding glass doors (with black out blinds) in the living room leading out to a large, fully furnished, private screened lanai to enjoy the outdoors with south facing island views and side view of the Gulf & sunsets. The kitchen is large, fully equipped, and has all of the appliances, cookware, dishware, desert trays, cake making pans & beverage dispenser to make preparing meals fun and enjoyable. Have dinner at the lovely large dining table seating for 6 in a seperate dining room or sit at the kitchen eat-at-counter/bar to informally enjoy meals. Either way, there is plenty of room for everyone.
The master bedroom en suite is very spacious with a king bed & sitting area, private exit to the screen balcony, large TV, expansive bathroom countertops with 2 vanities, huge walk in closet, jetted tub, luxurious walk-in-shower & two comfortable robes to wear during your visit. The Master king bed features a top of the line Beauty Rest BLACK mattress and for an amazing night's sleep. The suite is quite spacious and is perfect for couples or grandparents who value privacy. The two additional bedrooms feature queen beds, private TVs, private door balcony entrance and access to a very large hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
(Due to the hurricane, many of these items listed below may no longer be standing). There are many activities on the island to enjoy. Santini Marina Shopping Plaza, restaurants & eateries, a marina for kayak & boat rentals, near by PUBLIX for grocery goods & even a beach theater. An island trolley stops in front of the Gullwing for a short ride to the Ft. Myers Pier & Times Square (check hours of operation dirctly with the trolley company). At the far north end of the island is Bowditch Point Park featuring a turtle walk, beach and boat pass. The far south end of the island is Lovers Key State Park which is wonderful for hiking, canoeing and kayaking.
Nest 301 at Gullwing is located on the 3rd floor and is NOT part of the Sun Stream Gullwing rental program. Your remote check in will be easy and through us directly by utilizing a unique door code for the keypad that will be customized for your stay. Please direct all questions to us any time during your stay, as the front desk is for the hotel guests only who are checking into the Gullwing.
Additionally, you will not pay the hotel’s expensive daily resort fee, therefore, the exercise room & conference room are not part of this condo rental. We appreciate your understanding of this prior to renting Nest 301 at Gullwing. The beach lounge chairs & umbrellas are a private concessionaire service and not included in the Gullwing resort amenities.
