Set behind a private fence, this recently renovated home has rare patios in both the front and back, doubling its entertaining space.
Inside the house, the main living area features a 50" flat screen TV, luxurious leather sofa & casual chairs. There is a dining/game table that seats 6.
A peninsula in the kitchen is a great spot for coffee or to set up a buffet. The kitchen is equipped with a 5 burner gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and a full sized refrigerator with ice maker. There is a coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, pots & pans and dinner service for 8.
Enjoy your morning coffee in the front yard, listening to the fountain and watching the birds play in the pond. There is no better napping spot than in the shade on the super comfortable chaise lounge. Stay warm and tell stories around the fire pit at night.
Bedrooms are equipped with high quality beds (1 king and 2 queen) (Tempurpedic mattresses with silky bamboo sheeting) as well as black out curtains and shades. Luxurious bathrooms, plus a gorgeous outdoor shower to rinse off after a surf.
When you're ready to go to the beach we have: boogie boards, a large cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, paddle boards (2) and surf boards (2). The surf is awesome, with large waves during the winter months.
