The exterior of this exceptional vacation home features a private sparkling pool (heated for a fee) that is fenced for safety with generous spa-style lounge seating for comfort. A large circular drive with under-house concrete parking offers plenty of parking, two park-style grills for beachside cookouts, a fish cleaning station for that fresh catch, an enclosed outdoor shower (hot/cold) after a day at the beach, and a private boardwalk that brings you directly to the sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! A large ground-level foyer provides access to Ohana's interiors and offers coastal charm with wainscoting and benches. Indoor stairs and the convenient elevator (available for guest use) provide access to the floors above. Sleeping accommodations on the first floor feature four bedrooms. In the hall is the kitchenette, which features a small refrigerator, sink, and microwave.
The second floor's spacious large living/dining/kitchen area features a wall of windows that allow unobstructed views of the sparkling Gulf waters. The living area decor is beachy-chic in colors and textures that reflect the blue waters and sandy beaches of the Gulf. It boasts a 65-inch TV HD smart TV with DVD, and stereo (Apple product compatible). Doors from the living area led to covered decks with plenty of seating, an outdoor dining table, and endless views of the beaches and beyond. Back inside, the casually elegant decor continues in the dining room which features a wet bar and a large table that comfortably seats 10. There is additional seating for six at the breakfast bar that looks directly into the modern, well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee machine, a vegetable sink, two dishwashers, and plentiful granite counters. Off the kitchen is a second dining/game table so there is lots of seating for meals, games, puzzles, and fun! Sleeping accommodations on the second floor feature two more bedrooms.
Entering the third floor you are greeted by the game room: this room boasts a foosball table, a 65-inch flat screen smart TV with an Xbox gaming console, DVDs, and books. There is also a full bathroom. Across the hall is the main bedroom which features vaulted ceilings, an elegant and muted beach decor, a separate shower with a soaking tub, and direct access to its private covered porch with endless sea views. A high chair, Pack N' Play, and beach stroller are provided for the tiny ones. Pool floats, beach toys, and beach towels are provided for guest convenience.
