Welcome to our beautiful South Gulf Cove home! We are perfectly located close to Gulf beaches, premier golf courses, waterside restaurants, and the best boating and fishing southwest Florida has to offer. Enjoy our quiet refuge after a long day of soaking up the sun and sand on the beach or your boat.
When you enter the house youre welcomed with the opening living floorplan and plentiful sunshine throughout. The waters from the private pool and the canal waters beyond are a calming effect to be enjoyed either outside or in.
Our spacious kitchen is open to the living room and dining room perfect for entertaining along with an integrated stereo system that can be accessed via app (instructions will be provided prior to arrival). The solid surface countertops and stainless steel appliances are all thoughtfully furnished for optimal experience in using the kitchen.
The master bedroom is an oasis of comfort and coziness with lanai and hot tub access via French doors to the lanai as well as a bright ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a lovely walk-in shower.
The second guest bedroom includes a queen bed with a lovely view of the canal beyond. The third guest room also features a queen bed.
These two guest rooms share a spacious full bathroom with lanai access and shower/tub combo.
The lanai is thoughtfully laid out, with an outdoor kitchen, stand-alone hot tub, and plentiful seating for optimal outdoor living. The pool has a lovely fountain effect for peaceful running water sounds during your stay.
The dock includes snook lighting in the canal for nighttime enjoyment. The boat lift is not for guest use at this time.

Pool heat is an additional cost plus tax. This pool faces West for beautiful sunset views from the lanai.
The BBQ includes a propane tank, we do not provide refills for propane, guests are welcome to swap the tank for a full tank at the local store.
BBQ use is included in our guest stay, if the BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additionalfee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.
