Summary: First, the property owner was wonderful from start to finish with communication. The pool was perfect: Perfect temperature, perfect size, clean and in good working order. The night lights were nice to have on in the evenings and all the audio in and out of the house worked flawlessly using the installed system with Pandora. The beds were all so comfortable with nice bedding. The rooftop patio was lovely and the view was stunning! The kitchen was pretty well stocked with little things you might not expect: various seasonings, wooden skewers, etc. Cons: When the breeze comes, CLOSE THOSE UMBRELLAS! It didn't even seem very windy, but the umbrellas (which we tried to have open for the shade all day) kept flying out of their holes and falling into the pool. The property itself is somewhat outdated in terms of décor and the tile and pluming fixtures need replacing in several bathrooms. The iron rail fence takes away from the privacy of the property more than I would prefer, given the neighboring houses are right there, but we rarely saw folks out and about. An overall great stay, but the property could use some updating.
