1. No shoes to be worn inside the home.
2. Quiet hours start at 10pm on week nights and 11pm on weekends.
3. No smoking indoors. Any cigarette butts are to be disposed of off the property. No Smoking of ANY KIND in the unit. (Only permitted outside the house.) We have a strict no-smoking policy in all our units. You will be fined $500 if you violate. If you must smoke, please do so in the back yard.
4. No pets. Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $100.00 fine charged to guests.
5. No parties and/or large social gatherings. No events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays There is a $250.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.
6. We do a towel count and bed sheet count prior to you checking in. If at the end of the stay there are missing towels or sheets guest will be charged accordingly. Each missing towel is $10 and each missing sheet is $35.
7. Sheets and/or towels that are stained due to your stay will also be charged. We understand there is normal wear and tear, but guest should do their utmost to keep towels and sheets the way they found them. Each stained towel will be a $10 charge. Each stained sheet is $35.
8. Check-in and Check-out times are MANDATORY unless scheduled and confirmed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance and if we are able to accommodate without double booking. $50.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10am or by the agreed upon check-out time. My cleaners are on tight schedules
9. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Please be honest. We must coordinate cleaners and inventory based on the number of guests that occupy the unit.
10. Please leave all shoes at the front door and do not wear them throughout the house.
11. If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly.
12. Lock all windows and doors if your are not home.
13. Turn off all lights when not in use.
14. If there is any maintenance issue, please contact me directly so I can send someone to fix it.
15. Garbage is not to be left inside the unit upon check-out. Please dispose of all garbage inside the unit to the outdoor bins.
16. Garbage, recycling, and organic wastes is to be disposed of properly and up to city regulation. $50.00 surcharge charged to guest who fail to follow proper waste protocol. My cleaners will have to dedicate time to re-sort the garbage correctly.
17. No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture. (unless otherwise specified)
18. No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
19. Additional Cleaning Services: Please be aware that the cleaning fee included in your reservation only covers the cleaning of your room after your departure. If you require additional cleaning services during your stay, kindly contact the hotel reception. They will be happy to arrange this for you at an additional charge. Please inquire at the reception for the respective fees and scheduling options.
20. Refundable Deposit: Upon your arrival, our hotel reception will request your credit card information to secure a refundable deposit of $300. This deposit is to cover any potential damages that may occur to the property during your stay, as well as charges for any extra services you may request. Rest assured, this deposit will be refunded to you after a thorough inspection of the room at the end of your stay, provided there are no damages or additional service charges.
