Enjoy the natural beauty of this lovely home located near downtown Brevard in the Connestee Falls Resort Community. Connestee Falls is located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, just six miles southwest of Brevard, NC. Connestee Falls sits on 4000 acres, and incorporates four lakes, many hiking trails with scenic views, large club house with two restaurants, tennis courts, walking track, golf course, driving range, bocce courts, pickleball, heated pool, and fitness center.
Connestee Falls is ecologically designed to preserve the natural environment, in an uncrowded, unpolluted, unhurried way of life. Deer and other wildlife roam free throughout the community. There is as much, or as little to do, as you desire.
This wonderful mountain retreat has everything you need for that great escape from the fully stocked kitchen to all your linens, cable television and a movie library. One of the best features is the large deck, with ever changing views with the seasons. The Master Bedroom and the guest bedroom will wake up to these fantastic views and then sit on the sun porch, or deck and enjoy these views again. It's one of the most beautiful places on earth.
Waterfalls and hiking trails abound in this gorgeous area. You can hike, mountain bike, or go horseback riding on these trails that range from easy to difficult. Some of the best trout fishing in the East in almost right out your door. Your vacation can be as active or relaxing as you choose.
This home was completely remodeled, including the kitchen and both baths. The kitchen is equipped for gourmet cooking with the top names in appliances, as well as granite tile counter-tops. The home features a gas fireplace in the great room and wood burning fireplace in the sun porch. There is also a fire pit on the deck. The master bath has a vanity with double bowls The guest bedroom is furnished with twin beds and is almost as large as the master bedroom and is on the opposite side of the house. The guest also has a double bowl vanity. The view from the sun porch overlooks a private wooded setting. The large deck also has the same view and you can enjoy the Humming Birds coming to feed almost within reach. The deck has upscale patio furniture and large gas grill.
In summary this is our home and we spend as much time here as we can. It features upscale furnishings and is not your typical rental property.
