This beautiful 3-bedroom villa has 3 bathrooms plus an additional cloakroom, it has been newly refurbished and furnished to a very high standard.
The large terrace at the back of the property has a spacious outside dining area along with sunbeds for the sun lovers. It is accessible through the large patio doors leading directly from the open plan ground floor lounge and kitchen, which is fully equipped and has a separate utility room with washing machine, dryer and extra freezer.
On this floor is also a double bedroom with separate bathroom and a cloakroom bathroom.
On the First Floor you will find the master suite with views overlooking the lake and communal gardens and full en suite bathroom complete with a free-standing bath and separate shower. The master bed comes with a luxurious feature, a TV which appears at the touch of a button.
The second bedroom can be made up as a double or 2 singles with en suite shower room and juliette balcony to sit and read, or just relax with your morning coffee overlooking the lake and communal gardens.
