Luxury condominium with every attention to detail. Newly refurnished with high quality amenities. In unit laundry, main kitchen with secondary coffee bar in the 2nd suite with 2 queen size beds private shower bath and private sitting room and balcony. The Main suite has 2 baths, one with jacuzzi tub and the second with a shower both fully furnished with all amenities. The main area has a large living room with fireplace and well designed finish artwork, dining area that seats 6 easily. The kitchen has full size refrigerator and freezer and stove and microwave with keurig coffee maker, and well furnished utensils. The Newer LG washer and dryer are in the separate laundry room adjacent to the spacious entry. All of the linens and towels are high quality and purchased specifically for this unit. I enjoy coffee in the mornings on the balcony and in the evening a walk and a glass of wine surrounded by lush mature landscaping. The pool and clubhouse area and beautifully maintained and wonderful to use. One of my favorite things is to drive over to Ravens View for their lovely wine and tapas selections, or drop over to Keelers steakhouse in Spanish Village the heart of Carefree
