Arriving:
Enter through the gate at the street and come down the driveway to walls of steel and glass. As you enter on your left is the glass walled conversation pit where only the deepest secrets are shared. Dont worry the walls don't have ears! As you pass the swanky space views of the calm water come into view through the 16' wall of glass sliders just on the other side of a modern but cozy living room feat. a 75" Samsung "The Frame" Tv and oversized fireplace. Include everyone in the conversation as we open the sliders to combine the outdoor living/dining with the indoor living/dining seating 26.
Whether inside or outside you are only a few steps from your favorite beverage in one of 6 refrigerators. Keep your favorite mixes and acouterments in one of 3 bars. The Chef in your group will appreciate all the modern conveniences with none of the tricky settings. Dual convection oven, Nugget Ice maker, Air fryer, Margarita maker, two blenders, Mixer and more.
The Master bedroom suite on the first floor walks out to the pool and hot tub and features a steam room with High powered kohler wall jets, rain shower, double shower heads and tons of water pressure! Two separate vanities and walk in closets provide ample room to powder both noses.
The 2nd Master suite on the main floor features a full bath with walking shower, mini bar refrigerator and separate entrance for those sneaky midnight trips to the "store" when you don't want anyone to know.
